Sociometry is the social science created by psychodrama’s founder J.L. Moreno. It is the bedrock to understanding the use of psychodrama to help group members feel a sense of belonging and helps the group function optimally. We are using it to warm you up to being part of the group and create the trust and connection needed to enact your stories.

Psychodrama combines elements of theater and group therapy. We will put personal stories on the stage to help individuals gain insights, new skills and engage their emotions. The goal of psychodrama is to help the protagonist (the person whose story is being enacted) become more spontaneous and creative to address life’s problems.
